Harrah came to us a shell of who she should be. She had been picked up as a stray dog and then spend months sitting in the shelter, dejected and dads Harrah was shutting down. She had started to chew on her feet and legs out of frustration and was then listed to be euthanized. Luckily one of our amazing volunteers found out about her and as they say, the rest is history. However that’s not where her story ended, nope, but at all.
When Harrah got to her foster home, she did pretty good, no accidents, was friendly with the humans, but when it was time to meet her foster brother….e saw a different side of her. Not a bad side, a different side. We saw that those months in the shelter had shaken her confidence. She said as unsure how to greet new dogs appropriately.
fortunately, we had just the answer she needed! We sent Harrah to Premier K9 and oh what a difference that made! Her foster mom said it was like night and day!! Yay Harrah!
Harrah is sooo ready to meet her forever family now!
