Stu has some confidence issues that were presenting as aggression when he arrived to SSOMN. His foster mom has found that with slow introductions and people giving him space and time, he does not get aggressive at all...He just gets loud and tries to look "big" if someone doesn't respect his space and give him time. Stu will require a home with a confident owner/handler who has experience with German Shepherds. Stu is very good with other dogs! His only downside is that he hasn't quite figured out his own size, so he has gotten a little rough with smaller dogs we've met. Stu is kennel and house trained. He does throw fits in the kennel from time to time, and bark at his foster, but it is either for attention or because he wants to get outside. He also is getting better on leash, and knows his basic commands like sit, down, wait and come.  Stu is neutered, current on vaccines and heartworm negative!
