Meet Harry. He is a 1 1/2 year old, long haired GSD. He is crate trained, housebroken and completed basic obedience. Harry is still decompressing into his foster home and therefore exhibiting behaviors of jumping and licking and nervous pacing. True to his breed we anticipate these behaviors will subside the more confident and loved he is feeling. Harry has EPI (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency) and requires a special diet mixed with enzymes. He has been well controlled on this for over six months, and even the transition to foster has not impacted his diet. Harry is respectful of the other dogs in the home and interested in cats, but not negatively thus far. He has moderate energy drive and exuberant amounts of love to give. Harry would do well in a home that has structure for his diet and another alpha dog. He also will require a family that can be patient with his loving jumping initially until he can relax and feel at home. Harry is up to date on vaccinations, neutered and microchipped. Look at this handsome boy!
