Our hearts broke when we saw this boy, sitting quietly in his kennel, longing to have a soft bed, soft hands and kind words spoken to him.  Please welcome Jonah to Saving Shepherds of Mn.  We don’t know how old Jonah is for sure, because he was in such terrible shape...but we fell in love with him no matter what age he is.  Jonah is being treated for a severe flea infestation and ear infection... hair loss and diminished hearing --- due to months of neglect.   But he has gotten the best care we can give him, and he is looking great and feeling great !  If you would like to adopt Jonah and give him the life he never had, he will pay you back tenfold in the unconditional love he rewards you with!    Jonah is up to date on vaccinations, neutered and microchipped.  He’s dog friendly with proper intros and training - he currently lives with a foster sister - 40lb dog - who he just loves.   (PAST Notes:  While in a TX shelter, he was dog selective - reacted to some dogs and was fine with others - with his gentle demeanor now, could have been a front or stress, but duly noted).    He ignores the cats.    He is very sweet with a gentle play style.  He loves his people, just great with surprise guests and he's been gentle and loving with older children.
