Sweet Poppy is doing great and will be on her way to MN this weekend!  She is about 6 months old and as you can see from her before and after pictures, had an very bad case of demodex mange.  Demodex mange is NOT contagious, but it is very itchy and can be painful.  We elected to keep Poppy where she was comfortable to heal and learn how to be an indoor dog!  Poppy was found at only about 3-4 months old as a stray, wandering the streets in her own.  Due to her having to survive on her own, she became very reactive to other animals out of fear.  Her foster has been working with Poppy and she now redirects and comes for treats even with outside stimulants!  She has come a long way and is looking for a forever home that will continue to help Poppy gain her confidence, is that you??  Poppy is VERY people friendly and loves to snuggle!  We will post some videos in the comments of her foster mom working with her.  She is such a sweetheart and deserves to have the best life!  Please let us know if you are interested!
