Dugan lived his life outside without food, water or love.  He is a very sweet boy who is dog friendly and people friendly but would do best with older kids as he is very exuberant and may knock little ones down.  We do not know hownhe is with kitties so would say no cats in the home.  He has no manners and will need obedience training.  Dugan is up to date on vaccinations and will be neutered and microchipped soon.
