Hi! My name is Luke, I’m about 3 1/2 years old, neutered, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. I have lived with kids, and I like other dogs, big and small! I met a cat, but I wasn’t sure what to do, so I just stared at it! My family is in the military and well, I’m very proud of them and what they do, but unfortunately they had to make the heartbreaking decision to rehome me. I’m not sure who was more upset, them...or me!! I came up to Minnesota this weekend, and I didn’t mean to be scare people, but I was so scared and confused myself that I didn’t want anyone to come near me or my kennel! I just wanted to be left alone so I could process what had just happened. The transporters were SO nice, but I was just too sad to let them know how nice they were. Once I finally got here, the nice rescue people decided I needed to go see one of their trainers so I could decompress and try to understand that I have a brand new beginning coming for me! The trainer (who I really like) and I are working on me wanting to bark at you when you come near my kennel. I would prefer to be out of my kennel, but I’m learning! I’m a big boy they say, I like to think it’s all muscle...they say I need to lose some weight (). Anyway, I will be ready for a new home that will love me as much as my former family did, is that you?
