Online Adoption Application Form

Porsche is a 3 month old GSD puppy. She was rescued with 3 of her siblings and her Mom and Dad from a trailer. The entire group of them had lived their entire lives in a trailer and let out on to the porch to go potty. Until they were rescued, they had never even touched bare ground or grass. They are now safe and have been brought up to date on puppy shots and microchipped. They seem to be fine with people and other dogs. We will continue to update on their progress as they settle in to their foster homes.

Because the puppies are too young to be altered, there will be an additional $100 deposit at the time of adoption.  The deposit will be refunded upon proof of alteration.

The adoption fee is $400 plus tax and the alteration deposit.
