Jasper was rescued after he and another dog were found trapped in a well under a house in Texas.  They both were taken into the shelter and Saving Shepherds of MN was notified.  They were both fully vetted and will be coming to MN soon.  Jasper is shy at first but warms up and likes to get attention, he is people friendly, dog friendly and cat friendly.  

Jaspers adoption fee is $400.00.
