Duke is a neutered male GSD. He is up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. We know he is less than a year old and has spent most of his life chained outside. He had been mistreated but still loves people. Duke has no manners with other dogs. He is not aggressive, just has had no experience. He seems very sweet, but needs someone to help him learn.
